When submitting customization details:
You agree that you have full rights or permission to use the photos, names, or designs you submit.
You grant us permission to use your submitted files solely for the purpose of producing your order.
Custom orders may require communication by email for design approval or clarity.
All custom items are final sale unless defective (see Section 7).

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD.
Payments are processed through GoDaddy Pay Link, a secure third-party payment system.
We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
Funds are deposited into our official US Bank business account.
Orders are not started until payment is successfully completed.

4. Order Processing & Production Time
Processing times vary depending on the item and season.
General guidelines:
Standard items: 3–5 business days
Custom items requiring photos or design editing: 5–10 business days
Seasonal/holiday items: may require additional time
Delays may occur due to:
High order volume
Waiting for customer approval or clarification
Issues with submitted photos (low quality, incomplete, etc.)

5. Shipping & Delivery

Due to the personalized nature of custom products:
All sales are final
No refunds or cancellations once production has begun
Exceptions:
We may offer a replacement if:
The item arrives damaged
There is a production error on our part

A photo of the issue
The order number
Original packaging (if damaged)
Non-custom items
May be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
