2. Custom Products & Personalization

Many of our items are custom-made, including but not limited to:

Sublimated pet tags

Custom pet photo ornaments

Tumblers with pet photos

Keychains, stickers, magnets

Personalized accessories

Holiday/seasonal items

Other custom craft products


When submitting customization details:

You agree that you have full rights or permission to use the photos, names, or designs you submit.

You grant us permission to use your submitted files solely for the purpose of producing your order.

Custom orders may require communication by email for design approval or clarity.


All custom items are final sale unless defective (see Section 7).

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

Payments are processed through GoDaddy Pay Link, a secure third-party payment system.

We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.

Funds are deposited into our official US Bank business account.

Orders are not started until payment is successfully completed.

4. Order Processing & Production Time

Processing times vary depending on the item and season.

General guidelines:

Standard items: 3–5 business days

Custom items requiring photos or design editing: 5–10 business days

Seasonal/holiday items: may require additional time


Delays may occur due to:

High order volume

Waiting for customer approval or clarification

Issues with submitted photos (low quality, incomplete, etc.)

Shipping delays outside of our control

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer:

Local delivery or pickup (where available)

U.S. shipping (rates apply)


Once shipped:

Delivery times depend on the carrier

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or other external factors

Tracking information will be provided when applicable


Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate shipping information

Checking the mailing address before finalizing checkout


If an item is returned to us due to incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

We use Microsoft 365 for business email.

By contacting us, you agree that:

We may send order confirmations, updates, or follow-up questions

You may receive attachments such as proofs, edited photos, or design drafts

We may save communication related to your order for customer service records

7. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of custom products:

All sales are final

No refunds or cancellations once production has begun


Exceptions:

We may offer a replacement if:

The item arrives damaged

There is a production error on our part

The wrong item was delivered


You may be asked to provide:

A photo of the issue

The order number

Original packaging (if damaged)


Non-custom items

May be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

By placing an order, you agree that:

All submitted photos are clear and high resolution

Any text requested for personalization is spelled correctly

You have reviewed and approved any digital proofs sent

You will check your email for order details or communication

You will not submit copyrighted imagery without permission

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, product photos, designs, and brand assets — is owned by Bruce Approved.

We are not liable for:

Shipping delays caused by carriers

Low-quality customer photos affecting final product appearance

Incorrect personalization submitted by the customer

Lost packages after carrier delivery confirmation

Misuse of items (e.g., dog tags used for heavy chewers when listed as unsuitable)


To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
