order. Because of this, slight variations may occur—no two pieces are
exactly alike, and that’s part of the charm.

Bruce Approved is a small, handmade pet-inspired brand run by
humans and supervised by Bruce (the Mutt Moose). We create custom and
ready-to-ship pet accessories, gifts, and keepsakes that celebrate pets
with personality. We also offer custom items by order for humans that
are not pet related and can be made for businesses as well. 

It's easy! Browse our designs or send us your own photos and text, and we'll handcraft your one-of-a-kind tumbler. Just reach out through our contact page or add a customizable tumbler to your cart and include your details in the order notes.

All of our tumblers are made from high-quality stainless steel and are BPA-free. Each one is hand-finished with a durable epoxy coating that keeps your design looking vibrant and protected for the long haul.

Since every tumbler is handmade with love, please allow 5–7 business days for production. After that, standard shipping typically takes another 3–5 business days. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships!

We want you to love your tumbler! If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that fully custom orders may have different terms — reach out and we'll work with you.

Hand washing is the way to go — it keeps your design looking its best. We recommend avoiding the dishwasher and microwave. A gentle scrub with warm soapy water is all you need to keep your tumbler in paw-fect shape!
