Bruce Approved – Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bruce Approved. We want all customers to love their products, especially the custom items created with your pet’s photos. Because many of our products are handmade or personalized, please read the policy below before placing an order.
1. All Sales on Custom Products Are Final Most of our products are custom-made, including but not limited to: Sublimated pet tags Custom pet ornaments Personalized tumblers Custom magnets, stickers, keychains Items featuring uploaded customer photos Holiday/seasonal personalized items Because these items are created specifically for you: Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes: Incorrect names, dates, or text provided by the customer Design choices approved by the customer Low-quality photos submitted by the customer Changes of mind after production has begun.
2. Non-Custom Items Non-personalized products may be eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery if: The item is unused The item is in original condition Packaging is intact Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We will happily replace an item if: It arrives damaged It has a production defect You receive the wrong item To request a replacement, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with: Order number Photos of the damaged/incorrect item Photo of the packaging (if damaged during shipping) Once approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages Once an order is shipped: Delivery times depend on USPS/UPS/FedEx We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or routing issues If tracking shows “Delivered,” no refund will be issued. You may file a claim with the carrier if your package is missing. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address: The customer is responsible for paying a second shipping fee to resend it.
5. Photo Submission Policy For products that include your pet’s photo: Please submit clear, high-resolution photos If a photo is too low-quality, we may request another before starting We are not responsible for the final result if a customer insists on using a low-quality image.
6. Canceling an Order Order cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once we have started working on a custom design, photo edit, or sublimation process: Orders cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel quickly, email us immediately at support@bruceapproved.com.
7. Refunds (When Applicable) Refunds are only issued when: A non-custom item is returned in original condition A replacement cannot be provided for a defective item A cancellation is approved before production begins Refunds are issued to the original payment method via GoDaddy Pay Link. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
8. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges for custom items. Non-custom items may be exchanged if available, with shipping costs paid by the customer.
